One of our clients is a $35mm, privately-held, 36 year-old manufacturer who is one of the leading innovators in the building materials world. They are looking to grow their presence in Kentucky and Indiana with a Territory Sales Manager calling on architects, engineers, contractors, and distributors. They're looking for someone with a commercial roofing background.

What You'll Do

1. Responsible for the successful promotion and sale of projects
2. Identify, develop, and maintain a strong group of customers
3. Call on architects, general contractors, installers, and some distribution
4. Maintain a robust pipeline of pursuits at all key stages

What You'll Need

1. Business/Marketing/Engineering 4-year degree preferred
2. Experience in commercial roofing, coatings, or the building envelope
3. Building and construction Industry knowledge
4. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals at acceptable levels of profitability
