About the role

Our Toniebox can be found in many children's rooms around the world, with new ones being added every day. This rapid growth brings a variety of exciting challenges – such as ensuring smooth production of Tonies & Tonieboxes. That's why we are looking for strong support for our fantastic Production System Management Team! As a Production Project Manager (all genders) , you will together with your team be responsible for the introduction of standardized and reliable production processes to support our Toniebox suppliers. You will serve as a crucial interface between our internal development and local manufacturing, significantly contributing to our Lean Production.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management : Independent planning, coordination, implementation, and documentation of projects in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Process Development : Development, maintenance, and optimization of Toniebox production processes to ensure stable and efficient production at the supplier.
  • Automation : Implementation of initiatives to optimize and automate production processes and systems.
  • Support : Providing top-notch support for all parties involved in Toniebox production, both internally and externally.
  • Quality Control : Implementation of measures to comply with quality standards.
  • Process Monitoring : Continuous monitoring and improvement of production processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

The position is based in Düsseldorf, offering a competitive salary. Remote work is fully supported with up to 4 weeks of workation per year.
