Customer Service Rep

Korn Ferry Military Division has partnered with our client on their search for a Customer Service Representative to be based out of their NE Minneapolis facility.
Technical Automotive experience is REQUIRED for this role.
This is a good opportunity for someone who wants a break from the hands-on physical work, but still wants to stay connected to the technical side of the industry.
* This company is preferably seeking candidates with U.S. military experience. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. *
Compensation: $52,000-61,000 ($23.00-27.00/hr + 5% Annual Bonus)
What You Will Do:
Respond to customer inquiries both internal and external in regard to orders, returns, pricing, availability of product, lead times, literature, invoice discrepancies, customer routings, technical and application assistance. Forward sales leads to the appropriate sales department. Work with other departments to resolve issues. Maintain a good relationship with the customers.

• Receive calls and inquiries from existing and potential customers in regards to orders, invoice issues, routing issues, tracking information, freight costs, pricing and projected delivery times.
• Will enter orders by phone, fax, email, mail, and electronic data interchange (EDI.)
• Provides technical and application support on entire product line to customers.
• Provides assistance to customers who experience difficulties with shipments or who need emergency help.
• Communicates all forms of published technical data

Education and Work Experience:

• At least 4 years of US Military experience highly preferred
• Technical Automotive experience REQUIRED
