Job Summary

The Senior Director, Transformation Office Governance & Operations role is responsible for driving and governing key transformation programs and initiatives across Altice USA. This role ensures alignment between business strategy and execution while maintaining operational excellence, program governance, and overall organizational efficiency. The Senior Director partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize business operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall partnership with 3rd Party to ensure statement of work deliverables are met throughout the program.
  • Responsible for roadmap & strategy around technology dependencies and overall funding strategy (ex. technology enablers that need foundational strategic funding to support overall benefit realization of portfolio).
  • Ensure transformation efforts align with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a framework for program management, reporting, and key performance metrics.
  • Champion of Key 'horizontal' transformation programs that will span multiple business units.
  • Overall Workstream Management and Coordination (heavy depth in financial understanding and management of benchmark compendium, 3rd Party Economics analysis owner, BU Initiatives, TO Office).
  • Develop governance structures and operational frameworks that ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Implement decision-making processes for program prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives to executive leadership.
  • Build out and run overall Portfolio Management for Transformation Office (governance framework & cadence, Initiative review and decisioning, portfolio readouts, coordination with BU's, Finance, 3rd Party Partners).
  • Manage daily operations of the Transformation Office, including financial oversight, resource management, and performance measurement.
  • Ensure operational excellence by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, business units, and external partners to ensure the successful execution of transformation projects.
  • Anticipate potential risks associated with transformation programs and establish mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the resolution of critical issues impacting the success of transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
  • 10+ years of experience in governance, operations, or program management, ideally within a transformation, operations, technology or corporate strategy role.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale programs and managing cross-functional teams in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, program governance, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment around transformation goals.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of implementing strategies that improve efficiency and drive change.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale transformation programs and optimizing operational processes.
  • Ability to anticipate issues, resolve conflicts, and manage risks effectively.
  • Strong ability to communicate with and influence senior leaders and external partners.
