The ideal candidate will use their industry knowledge and sales experience to develop strong client relationships and secure new business. They will play an important role in ensuring seamless and effective moving operations, to drive the company's growth and customer satisfaction.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement sales strategies to generate new business in the office and industrial relocation industries.
  • Develop and build good connections with clients to better understand their relocation needs and provide specialised solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and provide precise and accurate relocation estimates to customers.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to enable the smooth execution of moving projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure lucrative results.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
  • Keep up with industry changes and rival actions to uncover new business prospects.
  • Attend networking events and trade exhibits to promote the company's services and generate prospects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the company's services, capabilities, and processes.


Requirements for the position:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the moving or logistics industry.
  • A thorough understanding of office and industrial moving operations and needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including the ability to establish rapport with clients.
  • Ability to create and implement effective sales strategy.
  • Effective negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to conduct site visits and provide accurate relocation estimates.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong commitment to meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Capable of working both cooperatively as part of a team and independently as needed.
