Ensures product meets regulatory and industry standards.Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:Works with the senior product owner to understand the product roadmap, create the product backlog, and define and prioritize user stories to support the roadmapCombines knowledge of business needs and technology to create functional designs for Digital productsWorks with the delivery team to coordinate development, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of Digital productsExplains product vision and user stories to the team to ensure requirements are understood and customer value is deliveredGathers, reviews, and analyzes requirements from business users and subject matter experts to create and prioritize user storiesLiaises with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure approvals for requirementsWorks with development team to elaborate and define technical learnings into refined and prioritized backlog itemsPromotes Agile principlesTranslates business requirements into IT application impacts and business process impactsAssists IT and business teams to ensure requirements and user stories are translated to test plansConducts research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasibleAnalyzes impact of proposed solution across the business and contributes a business or process perspective during backlog grooming meetingsPerforms Data mining and Analysis to address key business issuesAssists QA and UAT teams to ensure that user stories can be easily translated into test plans, and ensure that the proper testing plans have been completedManages/assists with the creation and execution of test plans and user acceptance testingCommunicates with LOB partners, understands the problem at hand and ensures end-product qualityWorks with the sr. product owner, project and product managers to complete and update project documentation and deliverables and attends project meetingsQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
