Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a detail-oriented and service-oriented individual to support our Global Payroll Practice.

The Role:

  1. Effective implementation of global employee contracts by coordinating with clients' HR teams, benefits providers, and accountants.
  2. Support and coordinate on-boarding/off-boarding of international employees, ensuring accuracy and completion of employee documentation.
  3. Maintain the HR system for accessible records and assist in streamlining operational efficiency.
  4. Follow up with employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, expense reports, and other HR tasks.
  5. Support in creating RFIs and RRPs, as well as ad hoc projects for both new and current customers expanding in new countries.

The Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree coupled with 2-5 years of HR administrative experience.
  2. Passionate and curious about learning international labor laws, different cultures, and a keen interest in supporting global employees.
  3. Attention to detail, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to multi-task in a timely and accurate manner on simultaneous assignments/projects.
  4. Proactive problem solver, self-motivated, and the ability to identify and resolve customer inquiries.
  5. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to work in a fast-paced international environment.
  6. Ability to articulate clearly and professionally through verbal and written communication.
  7. Discretion in handling confidential data (experience working with employment contracts a plus).
  8. Additional language skills and international exposure are a plus.
  9. Well-versed in using MS Office (Word and Excel).
