Position : Data Principal Architect
Location : Chicago, IL
Mode of Hire : Fulltime
• Expertise in data architecture and design, for both structured and unstructured
data
• Expertise in data modeling and experience in developing POC’s
• Expertise with all aspects of data management: data governance, data mastering,
meta-data management, data taxonomies and ontologies
• Expertise in architecting and delivering highly-scalable and flexible, cost effective,
cloud-based enterprise data solutions
• Fluent understanding of data security and compliance requirements
• Fluency architecting and documenting architecture at multiple levels (high-level
to detailed) and across multiple views (conceptual, logical, physical, data flow and
sequence diagrams)
• Understanding of Solutions Architecture methodology and practices
• Ability to translate business requirements into conceptual and detailed
technology solutions
• Ability to perform third-party vendor assessments
• Strong collaboration skills and building effective working relationships
• Strong leadership skills.
Key Pointers……
Someone with data engineering background and now working as a Data Architect/ Enterprise architect
Experience and good understanding of OLTP system
Good exp in RDBMS ( Oracle , DB2, SQl server)
Hands on in Legacy application/data migration to cloud platform .
Hands on experience in AWS and its native services ( AWS S3, Serverless architecture, Lambda functions, Redshift )
Hands on in Python/ Pyspark
Good exp in data/ Dimensional modeling
Good understanding of Data gov, data lineage , data security aspect in cloud.
