This position will take a high-level approach to the coordination and training of the portfolio’s onsite maintenance teams and floating maintenance technicians. The ideal candidate possesses 5 plus years of Maintenance Manager experience in the multifamily industry, proven leadership and organizational skills, well rounded with maintenance skills and knowledge, excellent communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office. Multi-family industry experience is highly preferred.
