Senior Project Accountant

GateSource is looking for a Senior Project Accountant

In collaboration with a leading firm in the mid-Atlantic real estate market, you will report to the VP of Accounting and work closely with the project team to keep an account of any estimated costs. Come join a team that believes in creating an environment where you can prosper!

Requirements

1. 3 Years of Property Accounting experience
2. Bachelors in Accounting or related field
3. Good understanding of accounting systems, preferably Sage 300 (Timberline) and Procore
4. Thorough knowledge of GAAP principles
5. CPA preferred, not required
