Job Description:
- Provide patient care for individuals with common diagnoses such as pneumonia and sepsis.
- Work within a 30-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6.
- Utilize Epic for charting and documentation.
- Wear navy blue scrubs as part of the dress code.
- Support like units and the float pool as needed within skill set.
- Perform special procedures, including breathing treatments, chest tube setup and care, CPAP/BiPap, and trach care.
- Participate in orientation and complete necessary training requirements.
