Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all locations, ensuring consistent quality in both bakery and restaurant operations
• Lead and develop a team of location managers, fostering a culture of excellence and growth
• Drive financial performance through effective cost management and revenue optimization
• Maintain and enhance food quality standards across both bakery and kitchen operations
• Implement and refine systems for multi-unit efficiency
• Guide new location openings, from site selection through successful launch
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and community partners
