Volt is hiring for a hybrid Associate Production Graphic Designer in New York, NY.
As an Associate Production Graphic Designer you will:
Drive new subscriber acquisition & driving streaming profitability business objectives. The team is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel.
This is a hybrid Monday-Friday (onsite Tues-Thurs, remote Mon & Fri) 12-month contract opportunity in New York, NY.

This is a very production-oriented design role. It's important to know that the work is very templated and does not allow for a huge amount of creative vision on their part (90% production/10% creative). Primary responsibilities will include helping the team build digital marketing assets including CTV placements, partner placements, social media posts, etc.
Pay Range: $35.00-37.15/hr
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

- Creation, development, and delivery of designs for all things digital, including rich media display, marketing landing pages, and lifecycle email campaigns
- Work independently on assignments, and contributes to group projects when needed
- This is a production-heavy role, requiring creatives to have the ability to manipulate key art quickly and with meticulous attention to detail
- Pivot design direction quickly and easily based on feedback, and push your creativity and software skills to higher levels, while actively communicating on all phases of a project to maintain the quality of the product
- Be a part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, pushing the boundaries of entertainment content and technology
- Support Senior Designers/Designers with the production of digital marketing assets
- Eager to learn and provide design solutions based on Creative/Art Directors feedback
- Design pixel perfect digital marketing assets
- Stay up to date with latest design and digital trends Key art manipulation and photoshop compositing Iteration and versioning of creative assets for global marketing campaigns
- Organizing and naming files appropriately for team members, vendors and agency partners
- Keep the design standards of the brand at the highest possible level

- Fundamental graphic design skills with understanding of message hierarchy, typographic layout, and pixel perfect Photoshop compositing
- 2+ years of experience working as a Digital Production Artist or similar role
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience in Sketch, Figma, HTML, or CSS
- Must have digital production skills creating assets in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to excellence and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, take direction, and work as part of a team
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates who have experience working on lifestyle brands or entertainment brands are a plus
- Candidates must be able to submit portfolios or examples of their work for consideration
