Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead our PMO Office to create and nurture a program management community. You will use team strengths, improve cross-team knowledge sharing, accelerate strategic programs, and improve processes to enhance predictability, operational approach, and ROI articulation. This role is crucial in promoting a culture of program management excellence. The role reports to the VP of Development Operations, Studios COO.
Responsibilities:
- You will manage and cultivate the Development Operations community.
- Promote transformative strategic programs to support studios.
- Influence and mentor teams for craft mentoring and growth.
- Lead and coach program managers to partner with teams to support the entirety of their journey - from exploration and validation, through to growth and sustainment.
- Improve project management processes and provide support to ensure efficient execution.
- Enhance coordination and understanding between different teams, such as Quality Verification, Localization, and Creative teams.
- Implement better tracking and reporting mechanisms for project progress and outcomes.
- Promote enhanced innovation and solution-orientation through the sharing of insights and best practices.
- Reduce duplication of efforts and increase efficiency by promoting a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Develop and socialize best practices related to knowledge/information management.
- Improve tracking and reporting of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate faster identification and resolution of cross business unit issues and dependencies.
- Enhance decision-making through improved visibility into program impacts and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of program management within a PMO Office or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
- Experience with coordination and alignment across diverse teams.
- Ability to track and report on project and strategic initiative progress effectively.
- Experience fostering innovation and efficiency through knowledge sharing.
- You will have 8+ years of people management experience.
- Passionate about influencing and driving strategic programs across teams.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): $220,500 - $311,100 USD Annually
* New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo): $198,100 - $311,100 USD Annually
* Jersey City, NJ: $243,200 - $311,100 USD Annually
* Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs): $211,700 - $282,200 USD Annually
* Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): $198,100 - $311,300 USD Annually
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): $193,600 - $271,700 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
