Sign-on bonuses:
- $10,000 for 2-year contract negotiable for full-time employment
- $5,000 for 2-year contract negotiable for part-time employment
Additional Benefits:

- Salary for Full Time: $80,000-$95,000 (37-43 hours per week average) based on experience/credentials
