• Develop comprehensive product knowledge and provide friendly, solution-oriented service to customers
• Communicate sales and promotions effectively
• Proactively provide positive resolutions to customer concerns
• Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise
• Maintain merchandising, presentation, and display standards
• Ensure cleanliness standards are met for the sales floor and other areas
• Accurately process all register transactions
• Stand or walk for up to eight hours a day
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 40 pounds
