Burleigh Leagues Club is looking for bright and bubbly Bar and Gaming staff to work at our venue. We are after personality! Someone who likes to talk with our customers and get to know each and every person.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, high service environment.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• A variety of work over many areas of the Club.
• Engage with customers.
• The ability to understand and interpret promotions within the Club.
• Provide training to staff, ensuring collaboration, teamwork, excellence, and a positive team culture.
• Influence and enforce company policies, ensuring a safe, responsible, clean venue.
• Meet and greet members and visitors and provide regular tray service with a high focus on customer experience.
• Ensure you maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue.
• Proactively rectify issues efficiently and effectively.
• Promote club membership and proactively seek customer feedback and suggestions.
