Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to manage all facets of branch operations, including inventory management, team development, and overall sales performance and growth. This crucial role works in collaboration with the outside sales team to meet operational goals. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in retail store management to effectively lead our team and drive success.

What You’ll Do:

· Manage all branch operational aspects, including sales, customer service, inventory, and the TCE service shop.

· Possess a clear understanding and working knowledge of STI products and operations to manage customer expectations effectively throughout the sales, delivery, inventory, and service lifecycles.

· Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding our wide range of products, including equipment and landscape applications.

· Drive operational, inventory, and service shop performance by monitoring and assessing key performance metrics.

· Communicate sales and service updates and initiatives effectively to the branch team and customers.

· Manage inventory, including handling obsolete inventory and ordering whole goods.

· Monitor vendor sales bulletins for parts and equipment specials.

· Ensure service parts are ordered and received efficiently.

· Oversee routine cycle counts and make timely adjustments as needed.

· Actively participate in planning and executing initiatives aimed at driving branch growth.

· Review and ensure manufacturer rebates are submitted and current.

· Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance team capabilities.

· Promote a strong safety culture through workplace organization and training.

· Collaborate with external sales representatives to foster growth in LPG and TCE sectors.

· Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and clean showroom and yard.

Skills We Are Seeking:

· A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience is required, with a strong background in retail store management.

· Experience in the power equipment, lawn care products, irrigation, and landscape lighting industry is preferred.

· Demonstrated skills in inventory management systems; an eagerness to embrace new technology is essential.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

· Excellent selling, written and verbal communication, and customer service skills.

· Must be tactful, professional, and personable.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
