We’re looking for PART-TIME drivers based out of San Antonio, TX who want to maximize their earnings without sacrificing the moments that matter most. With our flexible routes, you won’t miss birthdays, doctor’s appointments, or those special milestones. We work with you to create a schedule that balances maximized home time and competitive pay.
Part-Time Schedule:
3-Day Work Week: Commit to driving Thursday through Saturday, with round trips that ensure you'll be back home by Saturday evening.
Flexible Availability: This part-time role is designed to fit your lifestyle while providing the potential for steady, reliable income without a full-time commitment.
Potential to Make $65,000+ a year on a 4 day work week!
Pay Structure:
Base Pay starts at $0.60 CPM (split).
Mail Freight Bonus: Earn an additional $0.05 CPM when running mail freight, bringing your pay to $0.65 CPM for the trip.
Incentives for Consistent Work: While this is a part-time role, maintaining consistent performance opens up opportunities for additional bonuses and perks.
Earnings Potential:
While earnings depend on the routes and schedules, our part-time drivers can achieve competitive income over their 2.5 - 4-day work Shift, thanks to consistent round trips and efficient scheduling.
Full-time drivers working the majority of the week can average higher totals, but this 3-day schedule allows you to enjoy home time while still bringing in steady pay.
Routes:
Dedicated Round Trips starting and ending in San Antonio.
Thursday to Saturday routes offer consistent mileage on dedicated postal mail routes, ensuring a predictable schedule.
Flexibility:
Maximized Home Time: We guarantee that you'll be back home by Saturday evening, so you can enjoy your weekends and manage personal commitments.
No Missing Important Moments: This schedule allows you to work part-time and still prioritize personal and family time without sacrificing a reliable income.

Responsibilities
Safely operate tractor-trailer vehicles for dedicated round trips.
Utilize CDL and driving expertise to transport goods efficiently.
Follow designated routes and ensure timely deliveries within the 3-day window.
Communicate effectively with your team to maintain smooth operations.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.

Experience: 2 years required
