IT Business Analyst

A healthcare network located in New York City is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join their team. This role involves working closely with both business units and IT departments to analyze and enhance business systems, processes, and models.

**This is a hybrid position with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

Responsibilities:

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with process owners and users to gather and define business requirements
• Assisting business units in documenting user guides and manuals
• Facilitating digital transformation efforts by analyzing and translating processes to drive change management
• Acting as the liaison between IT and business units, translating complex technical and business needs between stakeholders
• Analyzing and improving technical systems, business models, and processes
• Supporting new business technology sourcing and implementation
• Producing reports on application development and providing data analysis to inform business decisions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or process analysis
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in word-processing and diagramming tools
• Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to build trust and maintain integrity in client relationships
