• Manage client engagements, including scheduling, staffing, and technical problem-solving
• Supervise and mentor Staff and Senior Accountants, including performance evaluations
• Assist with recruiting, business development, and client relationship management
• Maintain industry knowledge and seek opportunities for improvement and learning

Basic Qualifications

• CPA license (preferred)
• Manager-level tax experience
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
