About the Position
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Vice President to join our growing Infrastructure team in Peachtree Corners, GA. The ideal candidate possesses 20+ years of related experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will provide strategy and leadership for client development, sales & marketing, and business development across a diverse array of infrastructure markets. Currently, our 5 Infrastructure markets are Local Government, State Government & Education, Aviation, Transportation, and Private/Commercial. They will oversee the strategic growth of our Infrastructure markets, as we shift from a service-oriented to a market-based organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with regional market-based strategy experience to lead the next-level growth of our Infrastructure Markets.
The following is an outline of the roles and responsibilities:
Lead strategic direction of the Infrastructure Markets
- Work with Pond’s Market Directors to develop each Market’s short and long-term strategic plan.
- Align strategy to be “best in class” over all 5 Infrastructure Markets to meet existing and future growth, goals and objectives.
- Lead efforts to identify future strategic market position/service offerings for Infrastructure and collaborate with the Infrastructure leadership team to align operational growth with strategic plan.
- Assess and recruit market focused hires to support growth.
Collaborate on Firm’s overall strategic direction
- Work with the Markets Leads from the firm’s other Business Lines to ensure a collaborative and cohesive vision.
- Engage the firm’s Corporate VP of Strategy for support in evaluating Infrastructure growth initiatives.
Marketing/Project Pursuits
- Work with Pond’s Infrastructure Director of Marketing to set the marketing strategy.
- Actively lead or oversee capture planning of major pursuits in concert with the Market Directors and Infrastructure Business Line Lead.
- Have Go/No-Go authority on pursuits in conjunction with the Market Directors and Operations.
Client Management
- Oversee the Infrastructure client management strategy and procedures.
- Serve, as necessary, as a Client Manager for select Infrastructure clients.
Required Qualifications
Experience and Qualifications
- 20+ years of related experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a Market based organization at a regional/national level.
- Demonstrated leadership of a team focused on Market based strategy and growth.
- Demonstrated client development and client management skills in our Infrastructure Markets.
- Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work.
- Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally.

Additional Information
Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Senior Vice President with a salary range of $192,500.00 - $327,300.00.
