Finance Analyst

Position : Financial Analyst
Location : 150 N. College St., Charlotte, NC 28255
Setting : Onsite for training, hybrid post-training - 3 Days a Week In Office
Schedule : Standard business hours, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
Pay Rate : $65 hourly
Estimated Start Date : 11/4
Contract : Initial 6-month contract
Extension or Conversion to Full-Time : Based on performance, attendance, and business needs

Position Overview:
As an Financial Analyst within the this Financial giant you'll be supporting their day to day with Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) rules, have an understanding on SQL, and VBA coding. You will be responsible for using internal applications to calculate month end reports.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review reports and ensure regulated compliance with RWA
• Ad hoc research on variance reports running SQL coding and digging into data
• Transition of calculation from current Saber solution to a new application, Saber Connect

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 5 years SQL Experience
• 2-5 in Capital Rules
• VBA Coding
• Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) rules

Work Schedule:

• 40+ hours per week
• Attendance and punctuality are critical; unexcused absences or tardiness may result in dismissal.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid role with hybrid flexibility after training. A minimum of 3 days in the office per week is required.
