S3, Inc. seeks a Corporate Recruiter to join our corporate headquarters in Cummings Research Park, Huntsville, AL.
This is not a teleworking position. The duty site is 615 Discovery Drive, Huntsville, AL 35806.
Military experience is a plus.
Job Description:
The successful applicant will work closely with Hiring Managers and other Recruiters in support of corporate initiatives and client requirements. This position has responsibilities in the traditional areas of recruitment, using Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Responsibilities:
  • Will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process including posting new roles, searching for qualified candidates on common candidate platforms like Indeed, and LinkedIn; screening candidates; arranging interviews with hiring managers, preparing and negotiating job offers; arranging for drug testing, background checks, confirming licensures, education, required specific training; and verification of all pre-employment paperwork.
  • Will be responsible for recruiting qualified aviation, technical, administrative and management candidates across numerous Department of Defense contract and commercial business requirements.
  • Will be responsible to strengthen our employer brand by providing an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience.
  • Will identify and implement a creative and results-driven approach to recruiting, developing, and improving sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
Qualifications:
  • BS/BA with 2 years' experience as a Recruiter.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and industry trends
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates
  • Time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
