Nursing Program Director (RN) Behavioral Health (Hiring Immediately)

**Job Overview:**
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Director Patient Care for our
Behavioral Health Unit at RWJ Somerset.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master s preferred
* Current New Jersey RN Licensure
* BLS required. (American Heart Association)
* Board certification in nursing leadership andor behavioral health preferred
* Previous nursing leadership experience in an inpatient behavioral health andor crisis setting required
**Scheduling Requirements** :
* Full Time 40 hours per week
**Essential Functions:**
* Staff includes RNs, PCA & Unit Secretaries.
* Director will manage the staffing, budget & quality measures of the Unit
* An integral part of the Nursing Leadership Team at RWJ Somerset
* Responsibility for multiple teams who support daily essential patient care
* This individual is responsible to have 247 responsibility, recruit and manage multiple teams and improve quality and customer satisfaction
