Senior Brand Partnership Manager

Overview
Crunch is seeking a dynamic, creative, and data-driven leader for its Senior Brand Partnership Manager role. Success will come from owning and executing marketing partnerships to spread Crunch’s brand reach to other organizations and provide benefits to current Crunch members.
This highly collaborative and cross-functional role requires a strong mastery of developing proposals, pitching top-tier companies, negotiating deals, and reporting on success. This individual is expected to grow members through partnerships that expand Crunch’s reach to other organizations through special offers. This person is also responsible for driving member retention through partnerships that benefit Crunch members with offers for other organizations. The ability to analyze, interpret and report on performance data is critical to measure KPIs and success of partnership performance.
Specific duties of the role include:
Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Develop a comprehensive business plan for new member acquisition and member retention through brand partnerships
- Own the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of brand partnerships.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners and opportunities for collaboration and tailor the pitch to each partner
- Developing, executing, and managing the offers and work with the marketing team on what we can provide to third-party partners
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key contacts and nurture new potential partners
- Own the Crunch Rewards program, an incentive program similar to airline frequent flyer programs, to provide rewards to members for hitting various goals
- Member acquisition – this person will be tasked with working with top-tier, large-scale organizations to provide special offers on Crunch memberships or free trials
- Develop partnerships specifically for Crunch+, a live and on-demand streaming platform
- Stay on top of trends to provide recommendations to the Crunch leadership team around new potential partners
- Member retention – this person will seek out partnerships that provide discounts and special offers to Crunch members that will be promoted to the member base through Crunch owned channels such as Crunch rewards, the Crunch app or via email
- Consistently review KPIs and reporting around current partners and stay on top promotional periods
- Review member data to determine which partnerships are effective in member retention
- Partner with creative and brand marketing teams to develop strong messaging and storytelling that is cohesive and consistent across marketing touchpoints
- Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, set goals, execute campaigns, and measure marketing effectiveness.
- Report on and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement
- Make recommendations for future testing/optimization on offer, copy/messaging, targeting and segmentation, creative, and communication touchpoints
- Continuously analyze the efficiency of strategies; evaluate results in the context of broader business goals; and make recommendations on how to move the business forward.
- 4-7 years of proven track record in marketing, brand partnerships, sponsorship, or relevant experience in a business development role.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through the implementation of strategic partnerships
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, ability to work side-by-side clearly and consistently across functions and departments, synthesizing multiple points of view into a coherent action plan with senior leaders
- Ability to interpret data and develop hypotheses to drive customer engagement and evolving subsequent testing phases based on new insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, with the ability to tailor presentations based on audience
- Advanced knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools
- An entrepreneurial mindset, a flexible teammate with a sense of urgency, and the ability to roll up your sleeves and tackle whatever comes your way
- This is a hybrid position. Must be able to work in the Headquarters office in NYC 2-3 days per week

Compensation : $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
