Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Additional hours as needed.
Role: The Treasury Management Analyst supports Business Bankers and Treasury Management staff across all markets (Topeka, Kansas City, and Denver) The Analyst assists customers in implementing treasury and electronic banking services, providing comprehensive customer service and support for a variety of banking solutions. These services include Banking Accounts, Remote Deposit, Positive Pay, ACH Positive Pay, ACH, Internet Banking, Payroll Cards, Merchant Cards, VISA Credit Cards, Lockbox, Federated, and CDARS. Additionally, the Analyst manages vendor relationships, including contract comprehension, pricing models, customer service models, product updates, and occasional system testing.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing support to commercial customers, including: Ordering checks, deposit tickets, and other banking supplies; Monitoring account analysis for pricing and billing accuracy; Researching and resolving customer concerns discrepancies; Assisting with product enrollment, password reset, and equipment setup for Remote Deposit; Identifying products that align with customer needs.
  • Maintain and manage vendor relationships, collaborating on assigned projects.
  • Create, manage, and troubleshoot documentation and agreements for customer product implementation and account services.
  • Provide one-on-one product training to customers, primarily via phone, with occasional in-person sessions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer needs.
  • Manage Risk Fraud Analysis (RFA) for ACH and Wire activity, including ongoing monitoring and customer/employee training.
  • Oversee day-to-day ACH limit adjustments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Treasury services software and equipment.
  • Provide training to team members as necessary.

Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience, with at least one year in an administrative capacity.
  • Banking or financial services industry experience is preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and the ability to select and utilize appropriate technology to complete tasks.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and shift quickly when priorities change.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and proactively resolve issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create/edit report, policies, and communications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with professionalism, diplomacy, and the ability to build trust and foster relationships.
