We are a boutique employment law firm in Atlanta, GA, with six attorneys (and growing). Our primary clients consist of large businesses and governmental entities. We are a firm owned by women and minorities, driven by a diverse team of professionals with backgrounds in Big Law, in-house roles, government positions, and HR. Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and agency responses
- Drafting memos, letters, and case status updates
- Drafting and responding to discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Representing clients in court proceedings, mediation, and administrative proceedings
- Assisting in conducting workplace investigations
- Delegating to and supervising paralegals, law clerks, and legal assistants
- Assisting with Firm business development, marketing efforts, and administrative activities, as requested
- Inputting billable time on a daily basis
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate for this position must currently hold a valid license to practice law in Georgia.
- Possessing a minimum of two years of civil litigation experience at a law firm, with a preference for employment law and federal court exposure.
- Demonstrating an attraction to delivering high-quality work for business clients, including in-house counsel.
- Enjoying opportunities to engage in networking activities with colleagues and community members to enhance the Firm's and Team's reputation.
- Displaying exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust and rapport with team members at various levels.
- Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks effectively, meeting deadlines, and producing quality work.

Compensation:
$108,000 + inclusive quarterly bonuses
