This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Talent Acquisition InternPrimary Location Wichita, ADMN / MFG, LearjetOrganization Learjet IncShift Day jobEmployee Status TemporaryRequisition 5316Talent Acquisition InternWhat are your contributions to the team?Post open positions on Bombardier Career Page, LinkedIn, and industry and diversity groups.\ Assist Recruiter with recruitment process, to include sourcing, candidate pre-selection, phone screens, and interviews (on-site and virtually).\ Use external sourcing sites, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify passive candidates.\ Serve as liaison with contract agencies, as needed, through meetings, calls and emails.\ Maintain continuous contact with potential candidates and provide follow-up regarding recruitment process.\ Actively communicate with hiring managers regarding talent pipeline and recruitment process.\ Participate in weekly governance meetings, intake calls, ad hoc consultations.\ Ensure selected candidates are completing the onboarding process in a timely manner, to include contacting candidates after an accepted offer for paperwork, administrative tasks and support.\ Attend Bombardier hiring events both on-site, off-site and virtual.\ Support Talent Acquisition Team with various administrative tasks and projects, as required.
