Job Overview:

The Account Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling advisory and design services to clients across various industries. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, presenting solutions, and managing relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to effectively communicate the value of Labrador’s offer and services.
  • Identify customer needs and preferences through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Promote Labrador’s Services:
  • Demonstrate a deep product knowledge to address questions during the introductory calls to overcome objections of prospective customers.
  • Articulate the benefits and ROI of Labrador’s services to potential clients.
  • Recommend tailored solutions that meet prospective client’s requirements.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance service offerings and promotional strategies.
  • Sales Reporting and Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
  • Report weekly on sales, activities, forecasts, and client feedback.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to sales, including contract documentation and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 – 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in selling consulting services or similar serves is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, client relationship management, and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
