- Participates on HR Systems projects which may include process redesign, process and workflow configuration, and data analytics.
- Serves as the initial point of contact and triages issues escalated from Shared Services.
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues, and engaging team members as needed.
- Contributes to the maintenance and accuracy of systems data, in the form of data entry, loads and audits.
- Monitors and tracks types of issues and questions to develop standard operating procedures.
- Ability to learn new skills/processes quickly
- Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, Human Resources or Business Administration
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project
- Ability to be flexible, multi-task, play multiple roles, prioritize and execute on initiatives in a fluid landscape
- Ability to work effectively in both an individual and team dynamic (cross-functional teams)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Developed organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service and a commitment to excellence
- High integrity and ethics when handling confidential information
- HRIS experience in data management, system support, implementations and/or upgrades
- Experience with Workday configuration & support
