Duties:

- Represent clients in return hearings, pretrial conferences, and other court proceedings.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Collaborate with legal team members to develop effective legal strategies.
- Provide comprehensive legal services to clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Must be an active member of the Virginia State Bar or eligible to sit for the Virginia Bar Exam.
- Excellent verbal communication and legal writing skills.
- Reliable personal transportation to attend court hearings and client meetings.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Virginia (or pending bar admission).
Skills:
- Strong research and analytical abilities in family law topics.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle complex caseloads.
- Spanish language skills are an advantage but not required.
