Responsibilities:

1. Use our CRM properly to input all client information along with following the daily tasks to ensure all follow-up is complete.
2. Expert at communication and relationship building with new customers.
3. Ability to be on call for appointments.
4. Assist with appointments for buyers and listings.
5. Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent.
6. Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us.
7. Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients.
8. Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals.
9. Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information.

Qualifications:

1. Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car.
2. Applicants must have a real estate license.
3. At least one year of real estate sales experience.
4. Must have great communication and interpersonal skills.
5. High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation:

$45,000 yearly
