The Senior Management Analyst position interfaces with private, public, and nonprofit clients to advance the integration of racial equity principles in the pursuit of enhanced organizational practices. Analyzes business processes and operations to identify areas that systemically support on-going biases in processes and outcomes. Offers recommendations that foster organizational growth which reflects values and principles aligned with racial equity. Collaborates internally and externally with teams and departments to understand and identify organizational strengths and weaknesses. Assesses standard operating procedures and compiles reports on proposed efficiencies. Communicates improvement recommendations. Prepares training documentation for new procedures. Tracks and measures process compliance and implementation. Performs work under general supervision. Independently can handle moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of racial equity, process and organizational design, and other relevant subject matter. May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to internal and client groups. Ability to build collaborative relationships and work as a team player. Ability to identify and seek needed Information/research skills. We are seeking someone who is a team player with knowledge and experience in strategy consulting, business development, training, facilitation, with a strong client service orientation. The position reports to the Just Solutions Director Manager. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research trends, patterns, and opportunities as directed by the Group Director
  • Familiarity with the processes associated with methods of co-inquiry, qualitative and quantitative analyses
  • Strong writing skills used in support of writing case studies and project reports of findings
  • Advanced presentation skills used to share project findings
  • Organize and store project approaches, summary findings, project insights, and data for use in future projects
  • Schedule, lead and actively participate in project team meetings
  • Ability to lead, track and report progress on multiple projects
  • Facilitate and lead internal/external meetings, and lead with influence
  • Ideation, support project planning, tool design, project execution coordination
  • Propose changes in scopes of work to reflect organizational competencies and capacity
  • Support proposal responses to RFPs
  • Liaise with finance department on tracking project budgets including accounts receivable and payable
  • Available to work in-person ***This is not a remote position***
  • Available to work some evenings and weekends, when necessary
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This job currently has no supervisory responsibilities; however, we anticipate there being 1 or 2 direct reports as our unit grows
