About the role
At Rippling, data is at the heart of our business and the Revenue Operations team leverages this data to provide the insights that have made Rippling one of the fastest growing companies in the world. We are looking for a Sr. Sales Strategy Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role you’ll be a business partner to senior leaders to both build and operationalize a strategy for your dedicated part of the business - this role will be focused on our rapidly growing sales development org which will provide a high level of exposure to senior leadership as well as unique career growth opportunities.
You will be based in our San Francisco, CA or New York, NY office and will be required to be in office 3x/week.
What you will do
- Act as a business partner for Sales Development leadership - you will be a strategic thought partner and responsible for operational cadence of the business.
- Build monthly and quarterly reporting while driving ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities and problem areas within the business.
- Frame business problems and communicate insights while recommending and executing solutions to opportunities and problem areas.
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects; including structuring business problems, exploring solutions, implementing/refining processes, and measuring impact.
- Partner cross-functionally on key components of our annual planning process including modeling and target setting.
- Coordinate with revenue operations teammates on systems and process improvements for the sales organization.
What you will need
- 3+ years of professional work experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Sales Finance, Sales Development, or another related field.
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving startup or a hyper growth environment.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and conceptual problem-solving skills.
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Strong Microsoft Excel / Google G-Sheets skills, familiarity with BI Tools (Tableau, Snowflake).
- Experience with SQL is strongly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, familiarity with related Sales systems (Outreach, Gong, etc.).

The pay range for this role is:
