REQUIRED: OSHA 10, ID, background within 3 weeks of 2nd day, drug screen within 7 days of orientation day, last 6 of SSN, and email address.
We need all documentation 48 hours before they start so we can submit everything to badging for approval.
ORIENTATION is DAY 1 8AM CST on Mondays ONLY.

Details:
Under direct supervision of a Journeyman Electrician, works from diagrams and schematics, wires instruments to prepare the site for automation system design and programming. Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles and installs electrical conduit. Installs tubing for instruments. Pulls wiring through conduit and labels appropriately. Connects wiring to controllers and instruments. Assists with testing continuity of circuits to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components with testing instruments such as a multimeter (volt, amp & ohmmeter meter). Mounts instruments and PLCs in panels using a variety of hand tools. Observes functioning of installed equipment or system to detect hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement. Assists in testing, troubleshooting and repairing wiring and connections. Common tools used include hand tools, power tools (saws, drills), machinery (conduit cutters), multimeters, tubing bender and cutters. Following basic instructions Able to follow basic installation instructions and safety requirements. Technical Skills Continuously strives to build knowledge and skills; asks questions from others.
