Job Summary:
EmpRes Operated by Evergreen is looking for an Area Director of Admissions & Marketing responsible for overseeing the admissions process and marketing efforts for multiple facilities , centered in Billings, MT . This position is 100% external and will be partnering with our three SNFs in the area. This position is Full-time (M-F) and requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically in long-term care and skilled nursing.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
- Manage the admissions process, including screening potential residents, coordinating tours, and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to build relationships and promote the facility
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage the admissions and marketing team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to admissions and marketing
Education, Licensure, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field
- Experience in long-term care and skilled nursing admissions and marketing
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
