Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Lead Offering Manager to oversee HCE Digital Services - Industrial Automation. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful launch of new products and features, from concept to market delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading NPI programs, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Atlanta

Travel/Territory: 20% domestic and global

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on leading NPI initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve results.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving innovation and growth through NPI initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

NPI Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive HCE Digital Services - Industrial Automation strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities for the design, development, and monetization of AI-powered solutions tailored for aftermarket services in the industrial world. Define the vision, goals, and priorities for initiatives and ensure alignment with broader company strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive the Digital Services initiatives forward. Facilitate communication and coordination between teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption. Ensure commercialization of digital services by developing enterprise selling capabilities and demand shaping for driving organic growth of digital services within the install base.

Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Identify new opportunities for product expansion or innovation through the Digital Services initiatives.

Product Roadmap Development: Develop product roadmaps for HCE Connectivity & Digital Services vision and roadmap initiatives, outlining key milestones, features, and enhancements to be delivered over time. Prioritize initiatives based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and industry influencers. Serve as the primary point of contact for HCE Industrial Automation Digital Services-related matters and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged to integrate our massive install base with connectivity and data to build Services and SaaS products on Forge.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance metrics for the Digital Services initiatives, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.

Innovation and Future Planning: Drive innovation within the Digital Services process by identifying new market opportunities, emerging technologies, and customer needs. Work closely with R&D and innovation teams to develop and test new product concepts.

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Minimum of 7 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.
  • Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management.
