A successful $60MM Commercial Business Services provider with sales operations in 9 different cities across the U.S. is seeking a new Regional Sales Director to take over their Buffalo, NY business office. It is a well-established and successful regional territory in need of a good leader, who can manage sales and day-to-day operational activities.

Excellent career opportunity for an ambitious sales manager, who has always wanted to run/build his or her own sales office/team.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. A BS degree is preferred, but not required.
2. 3 years of sales management experience involving business services is required.
3. Managing a team between 5 to 10 individuals is required.
4. Proven hunter sales experience is required with a track record of cold calling.
5. Ability to develop and mentor a team to achieve top performance is a must.
6. Hands-on CRM experience is required. Attention to detail and data collection/analysis is strongly preferred.
7. Good operational management experience of a commercial business services company is strongly preferred.
8. P&L management experience is strongly preferred, but not an absolute requirement.
9. Must have a management philosophy dedicated to supporting team activities. Consultative/supporting manager type.
10. Effective communication skills at all levels are required.

COMPENSATION: $70K to $80K base salary + bonuses & commissions worth between $10K to $25K annually.
