The Senior Facilities Specialist will support the Facilities Manager and building landlord maintenance staff in completing and documenting maintenance activities for building infrastructure. This role focuses on maintaining a pharmaceutical environment with an emphasis on reliability, performance management, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Shift: Sunday to Wednesday 6am to 4pm ET.

- Support the Facilities Manager and building landlord maintenance staff in completing and documenting maintenance activities for building infrastructure.
- Oversee maintenance activities in a pharmaceutical environment, ensuring reliability, performance management, and GMP compliance.
- Assist with service agreements and coordinate with outside vendors to ensure safe and compliant execution of maintenance tasks.
- Lead complex troubleshooting and repairs on equipment, analyze system performance data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Utilize the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage the completion of all preventative maintenance activities and track equipment repair history.
- Develop and revise maintenance standard operating procedures (SOPs) and determine required spare parts for GMP utility equipment.
- Support investigations for deviations related to facility equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to schedule repairs, maintenance, and upgrades, maintaining accurate records of all activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and other applicable industry-specific regulations.
- Prioritize reliability and performance optimization initiatives.
- Operate and troubleshoot utility equipment using the Building Management System (BMS).
Who you are:
- Minimum of 5-12 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on construction and GMP environments.
- Strong knowledge of GMP standards, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Proficiency in using CMMS and BMS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in developing and revising SOPs and managing service agreements.

Compensation
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $35.13 in our lowest geographic market up to $50.4 hourly in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
