Our client, a family-owned electrical contractor , is looking for a top-notch, intuitive, kind, intelligent office manager with strong AP/AR skills to join their team.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to love variety, work independently, communicate well, and be organized. This person is a motivated individual with a proven track record in office administration and accounting. You must also have a proven ability to work under pressure and prioritize.

Key responsibilities involve:

  1. AP process – recording and paying invoices in a timely manner.
  2. AR process – Invoice clients and manage accounts payable.
  3. Daily bookkeeping entries including tracking client charges, invoicing, organizing and maintaining records in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Reconciling bank accounts.
  5. Managing change orders.
  6. Coordinate daily operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  7. Support budgeting, bookkeeping, and various record-keeping procedures.
  8. Implement and maintain efficient clerical processes within the office.
  9. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
