Position Summary:

As a Robotics Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the integration of robotics automation within our organization. This multifaceted position requires a blend of technical expertise in robotics development using UiPath software and a strong understanding of business processes to effectively gather, analyze, and document business requirements for robotic automation projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Robotics Development:

  • Utilize UiPath software to design, develop, and implement robotic automation solutions that streamline and optimize business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop innovative robotic solutions to address business challenges.
  • Configure, test, and deploy robotic processes in accordance with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Establish a process with business stakeholders to continuously optimize robotic processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

2. Business Requirements Gathering:

  • Engage with stakeholders across various departments to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for robotic automation initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand current workflows, pain points, and areas for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories for robotic automation projects.
  • Work closely with team members, department leaders and development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

3. Program Management and Stakeholder Communication:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of robotic automation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders, providing regular updates and seeking feedback to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to integrate robotic automation solutions seamlessly into existing infrastructure and processes.

Working Relationships: This position will work closely with all teams in the Operational Accounting team within Finance as well as other departments including but not limited to Treasury, Financial Reporting, Human Resources, Store Operations, Marketing, Retail Petroleum Operations, Warehouse Operations, and IT Personnel


Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Accounting

Minimum Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in robotic process automation and business requirements gathering with experience working with accounting and finance organizations

Preferred Experience: 10 years of experience working in accounting and finance organizations with 2 to 4 years of that time working directly on automating accounting and finance processes with UiPath software.

Licenses/Certifications: UiPath Associate or Professional Automation Developer

Soft Skills/Competencies: Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience with C# and or VB programming languages on the .NET platform Ability to build collaborative relationships Ability to manage differing priorities with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal skills

Travel: No travel required

Hours & Conditions: Monday - Friday, minimum of 3 days in the office per week

Physical Requirements: Minimal physical effort required; sitting / standing at computer for long periods of time. Ability to maneuver and lift up to 10 lbs.
