Job Description SummaryThe Lead Wind Fleet Performance Engineer will play a key role in enhancing safety and quality of the onshore wind fleet. You will assess fleet issues and provide technical engineering solutions to field technicians, internal functions including engineering, supply chain, and customers. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for sales incentive compensation of 10%.
