This is a great opportunity to utilize your skills and be part of something bigger than yourself!DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will be responsible for the control and audit of contracts, purchase orders, and requisitions, as well as processing all non-contract vendor payments and overseeing and the maintenance of the sundry and the advancement accounts. This includes expediting telephone calls and correspondence to our vendors, acting as liaison between purchasing and other departments, verifying and processing invoices, preparing reports, and keeping all ledgers and fiscal documentation current. Overtime and travel as needed Shift work: No Work hours and other schedule details may change based on operational needs. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Fiscal Assistant; or Three years of work involving the maintenance of fiscal or financial records, including one year of responsible work which involves the application of accounting or fiscal principles and practices; and graduation from high school; or One year of experience in maintaining and reviewing fiscal records and an Associate degree in accounting or business administration; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements: You must meet thePA residency requirement.
