About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Personal Training Director to join our team at Anytime Fitness. As a leader in the fitness industry, we are dedicated to helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals, and we are looking for a passionate individual to lead our personal training teams to success at our DuPont, Yelm, Spanaway, Milton and Gem Heights locations.Responsibilities:Develop and implement personal training programs and initiativesRecruit, train, and mentor personal trainersEnsure high quality of personal training services and customer satisfactionManage and monitor personal training revenue and expensesCollaborate with club managers to drive personal training sales and retentionRequirements:5+ years of personal training experienceCurrent personal training certification (e.g. NASM, ACE, ACSM)Strong leadership and communication skillsProven track record of driving personal training salesPassion for helping others achieve their fitness goalsAbout Us:Anytime Fitness is a global fitness community with over 4,000 locations worldwide.
