CSP has been retained by a leading owner-operator of small warehouses to conduct the search for an Acquisitions Associate. This individual is responsible for working alongside the Director of Acquisitions, CEO, COO, and Facilities Teams to identify, vet, evaluate, and organize potential real estate investment opportunities throughout the entire due diligence process. This role involves conducting thorough market research, analyzing financial data, preparing investment proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to execute acquisitions. The associate will work closely with senior management to identify & vet properties, perform & organize due diligence, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of real estate markets, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a proven track record in acquisitions or related fields. The opportunity will be headquartered out of Columbia, MD, and will require some travel on an as needed basis.


Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business related field.

• 2+ years of real estate investment and/or acquisitions experience.

• Strong quantitative, financial analysis and modeling (MS Excel) skills are a prerequisite.

• Proficiency in analyzing financial statements, property valuations, and investment metrics like ROI, IRR, and cap rates.

• Extensive corporate modeling and valuation skills.

• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task.

• Ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis of data.

• Strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, creativity, and execution skills.

• Ability to meet strict deadlines in a high- volume environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
