Plant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manages all facility operations on shift: responsible for production, maintenance, engineering, planning, and logistics to achieve plant objective
• Oversees staffing, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
• Creates and execute schedules in accordance with supply, manpower, and customer need
• Develops, maintain, and communicate production tracking and quality control system
• Analyzes financial reports and performance data to optimize productivity and cost-efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in a heavy manufacturing setting preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and act on various instructions.
• Prior experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events
