JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Cold Outreach: Use a multi-channel approach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to prospect new clients, including e-commerce brands, manufacturers, and sellers looking to optimize their Amazon presence.
  • Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
  • Intro Calls: Conduct discovery calls to understand the potential client's needs, build rapport, and position Pitted Labs as their Amazon marketing partner of choice.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, addressing each client’s unique goals and pain points.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and services with clients to close new business opportunities.
  • Closing Sales: Lead the sales process from outreach to signed contracts, ensuring that sales targets and quotas are met or exceeded.
  • CRM Management: Keep track of all sales activities and leads using HubSpot.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing them with industry insights and strategies to help them succeed.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales pipeline growth and closed revenue.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within marketing, e-commerce, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex sales and manage high-value accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with the Amazon ecosystem is a firm requirement.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs and ladders; sit, stand, lift, bend, stoop, crawl and kneel. Occasionally reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing are required. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air or other transportation for business purposes.

Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds.

Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.

Must report to work unimpaired.

Regular and predictable attendance is required.
