In this role you will help define, build, launch and optimize cross-regional and cross-functional capability uplift, tooling and enablement initiatives. You will own operational cadences, reporting and drive efficiencies and acceleration mechanisms. The key to your success is excellent attention to detail, a strategic mindset and ability to translate strategic priorities into operational mechanisms and delivery initiatives - all whilst bringing the business on the journey.

Reporting into the North Americas (NAMER) Sales and Tech Strategy team, you will work closely with senior regional and world-wide leadership to support the strategic evolution of the technical functions, including programmatically executing day-to-day field operations, tooling, and coordination and planning of activities, initiatives and mechanisms.

You will own field operational reporting for business reviews, own reporting, dashboards, help identify and mitigate risks and issues, and support the delivery of the functional strategy, regional initiatives and future state operating model. You will work closely with NAMER Technical Leaders to optimize current operations.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Partner with senior leaders to define, launch and optimize their annual goals and strategic initiatives to meet the rapid growth of the business.
  2. Implement, monitor and analyze success metrics and drive predictability in our operations, with your analytical mindset and technical skills; (high proficiency expected in Excel).
  3. Provide actionable business insights, through dashboards, reports and analyses, to help the Commercial organization make data-driven decisions.
  4. Own operational cadences, such as monthly business reviews, to improve alignment on performance, ongoing initiatives and priorities.
  5. Champion operational excellence by identifying pain points and driving the adoption of repeatable processes and tools.
  6. Identify innovative initiatives, with high impact on our customers or our organization, and help them scale to other countries and organizations.
  7. Voice the needs of the SAs/CSMs and define requirements in terms of tooling, enablement and resources.
  8. Collaborate with other Operations Leaders to identify and share best practices.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

- 3+ years of Microsoft Excel experience

- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company

- 3+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $79,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
