Description:This department is responsible for the e-verify, I-9 process, and other HR employment processes.Working with full time employees, the contractor will action on I-9 cases in the HR Information system, including matching employee files with government records, and documenting case information.Specialist will be responsible for emailing or calling internal Managers to obtain additional documents or information.This person will navigate the system to make sure there are appropriate documents in place for employees to be eligible to work (i.e. ensuring identification matches, legal residency, etc.)Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience navigating various computer systems and performing data entryAbility to analyze to act diligentlyMust be able to type 60 WPMI-9 experience/ knowledge is a plusLooking for a self-starter who can maintain a consistent work scheduleMust possess excellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAbout Aston Carter:Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
